How can I request an exchange for my order?Updated 2 months ago

We are happy to accept exchange requests within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate an exchange, please submit a request via our Return Center. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange. 

Once we receive and review the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping fee, which is the customer's responsibility. You can then place a new order for your preferred product.
