My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 2 months ago

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left the package in a secure location. We recommend checking around your home or mail room, and with neighbors or building management, as they may have accepted the package on your behalf. 

It’s also a good idea to verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure the package was sent to the correct location. 

In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered but take an additional 24-48 hours to arrive. This delay can occur due to the carrier’s internal processes. 

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [email protected]. In the meantime, we also recommend contacting the carrier or your local post office, if accessible, as they may have more information regarding the whereabouts of the package. 

Please report lost packages to us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
