Why hasn’t my order been shipped after 2 business daysUpdated 2 months ago

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. If you haven’t received a valid tracking number after that, here are a few possible reasons:

  • Issue with the delivery address: There may be missing information, such as a street number, apartment number, or mismatched zip code. To prevent misdeliveries, our shipping team verifies addresses before sending out packages. If there is an issue, we will hold the shipment and contact you via email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder. 
  • Out-of-stock item: While rare, if the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you to discuss your preferred next steps.
  • Pre-ordered item: If your order is a pre-ordered item, the estimated delivery time would have been provided at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as the item is restocked.
